The Terms of Submission Agreement (the "Agreement") sets forth the legally binding terms for your submission to Rudius Media. By submitting material, content, works of authorship or literature (collectively "Content") to Rudius Media, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. You will only be able to submit Content if you agree to abide by all applicable laws and this Agreement. Please read this Agreement carefully and retain a copy for your records. If you wish to submit Content to Rudius Media, indicate your acceptance by checking the box at the bottom of the Submission Form.

Rudius Media may modify this Agreement from time to time and such modification shall be effective upon posting by Rudius Media on the Rudius Media Website. You agree to be bound to any changes to this Agreement when you submit Content to Rudius Media after any such modification is posted. It is therefore important that you review this Agreement regularly to ensure you are updated as to any changes.

Rudius Media does not claim any ownership rights in the Content that you submit to the Rudius Media. After submitting your Content to Rudius Media, you continue to retain all ownership rights in such Content, and you continue to have the right to use your Content in any way you choose. By submitting Content to Rudius Media, you hereby grant to Rudius Media a limited license to use, copy, modify, adapt, display, reproduce, and distribute such Content solely on and through Rudius Media related websites. This license will terminate when Rudius Media either notifies the Author of a rejected submission, or when Rudius Media and the Author duly execute a Publishing Agreement. An duly executed Author Agreement between Rudius Media and Author voids these Terms and Conditions.

Only original work may be submitted to Rudius Media. By submitting Content, you attest that your Content submitted is your original work any you are the sole copyright owner of the Content at the time of submission.

This Agreement shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. All parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, County of New York, in the event of any dispute or disagreement arising hereunder.

You also agree to expressly, absolutely, unconditionally and forever, release, remise, discharge, and indemnify Rudius Media, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, partners, employees, and legal representatives from all obligations, liabilities, actions, causes of action, suits, debts, dues, sums of money, accounts, reckonings, bonds, bills, specialties, covenants, contracts, controversies, agreements, promises, variances, trespasses, damages, judgments, extents, executions, claims and demands whatsoever, in law, admiralty or equity, whether foreseen or unforeseen, matured or unmatured, known or unknown, accrued or not accrued, direct or indirect, which Rudius Media had, now has or hereafter can, shall or may have, for, upon, or by reason of any matter, cause or thing whatsoever from the beginning of the world to the day of the date of this Agreement, which relate to or arise out of, or related to, the Content submitted to Rudius Media.

This Agreement is accepted upon your submission of Content to Rudius Media. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Rudius Media regarding your submission. The failure of Rudius Media to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision. This Agreement operates to the fullest extent permissible by law. If any provision of this Agreement is unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision is deemed severable from this Agreement and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

BY CHECKING THE BOX ON THE SUBMISSION FORM YOU REPRESENT THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT AND AGREE TO ALL OF THE PROVISIONS CONTAINED ABOVE.
